OTIP achieves million dollar mission at annual golf classic
The brilliant sun, warm breeze and cloudless sky could have been a sign that the 19th Annual OTIP Charity Golf Classic was going to fulfill its mission. On August 22, one of the most seasonable days this summer, over 260 golfers converged on the Cardinal Golf Club in Kettleby to help raise $82,951 for SickKids Foundation and Perinatal Bereavement Services Ontario (PBSO). This year’s tournament brought OTIP’s cumulative donations for these charities to over $1 Million and was the tournament’s largest donation to date. |
Changes in definition may affect condo unit owners
Recently, many condominium corporations revised their definitions of a “standard” unit leaving a large number of unit owners without adequate insurance. Whether your condo is insured with OTIP or with another company, be sure you have sufficient insurance protection. To learn more, read "Does your condo fit the “standard” definition" in our Resource Centre.
